NEBULAPLAYER

Legal

Terms, privacy and fair use

Plain-language terms for a player that ships without content. Last updated 5 November 2026.
In one sentence: we sell software that plays the sources you already have the right to use, and we take no responsibility for content we never touch.

1. What we sell

NebulaPlayer is player software and a browser-based management panel. We do not supply, host, index, record or recommend television channels, films, series, playlists, EPG data or any other media.

A licence gives one installation (one device ID) the right to use the app and its management features. Licences are personal and non-transferable between devices.

2. Acceptable use

You may only add sources you are legally entitled to access in your country. You are solely responsible for the legality of every playlist, Xtream account, EPG URL and stream you configure.

You may not use the service to redistribute content, to resell access without a reseller agreement, to circumvent geo-restrictions, or to infringe copyright. We cooperate with valid legal requests and may suspend devices reported for abuse.

Automated scraping of the panel, brute-forcing device keys or PINs, and attempts to access other users’ devices are prohibited and may be reported.

3. Plans and payment

The trial runs 7 days from activation and is limited to one per device. Paid plans start when payment is confirmed, not when the order is created.

Prices are displayed in euro on this site. There are no automatic renewals and no stored card details: every period requires a new order.

When a plan expires, playlists remain stored but playback and editing pause until renewal.

4. Refund policy

If the app cannot run on your device and our support cannot resolve it within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of that order.

Refunds are not available where the app works as described and the issue is caused by your playlist provider, your network, or content that is unavailable.

Contact support with the order reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Privacy

We store the minimum needed to run the service: device ID, a hashed device key, a hashed 4-digit PIN if you set one, playlist configuration (URLs and Xtream usernames; Xtream passwords encrypted at rest), plan and order records, and technical logs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not monitor what you watch. Playlist data is used only to deliver your configuration back to your own device.

You can request deletion of a device and its playlists at any time by writing to us from the contact page. Order records may be retained where accounting law requires it.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, provider outages and network issues happen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected device licence in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Copyright and abuse reports

Rights holders can report a device or panel account to legal@nebulaplayer.com. Include the exact URL or device reference, proof that you own or represent the rights, and your contact details.

We review every report. Because we do not host media, action is normally limited to suspending a device that uses the service to infringe.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
