From a 2016 TV box to a 2026 phone, the same account rules apply. Minimum Android 5.0 (API 21).
Does NebulaPlayer include channels or movies?
No. The app ships empty on purpose. You add the playlist or Xtream account you already pay for and are allowed to use. We do not sell, host or recommend content.
What does the free trial include?
Everything: 7 days of full access to playlist management and playback, no payment details required. It is limited to one trial per device.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your playlists stay stored, but editing and playback are paused until you renew. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I move the app to a new TV?
Each installation has its own device ID. Add the new device on this site and enter your playlist again; you can keep the old one or unlink it from your panel.
What is the PIN for?
The PIN protects the playlist editor on this website. With a PIN set, someone who knows your device ID still cannot change your sources. You can reset it from the admin side if you ever forget it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if the app does not work on your device and support cannot fix it within 14 days, contact us for a refund. See the legal page for the full policy.
