NEBULAPLAYER

Guide

How to activate NebulaPlayer

Four steps, about three minutes. You need the app installed and the two codes it shows.
01

Install the app

Download the NebulaPlayer APK from your order email or the download link you were given, then install it on your Android TV, Fire TV or phone. Allow installs from your browser or file manager when Android asks.

Android 5.0 or newer is required. On Fire TV, enable “Apps from unknown sources” for the installer you use.

02

Read the device codes

The first screen shows a DEVICE ID (like DEV-1A2B3C4D) and a DEVICE KEY (8 characters). Keep this screen open — you will type both on this website.

If the API is unreachable, the app generates the pair offline. You can still link it later; nothing is lost.

03

Activate on this site

Open the activation page, paste the two codes, then start the 7-day trial or choose a 1-year / lifetime plan. The device is recognised instantly.

A plan creates a payment reference. Activation is applied when the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours.

04

Add your playlist

Go to “Manage playlist”, enter the same codes (plus your PIN if you set one) and add an M3U link or Xtream login. Restart the app, and the sync button will pull your sources.

You can pause, edit or delete a source at any time. Nothing is deleted when a plan expires.

If something does not work

“Device not found”
The ID is case-sensitive in the database but we normalise it — check that you did not swap 0/O or 1/I. Re-open the pairing screen in the app to read it again.
“Device key is incorrect”
Keys are issued once. If it is lost, uninstall and reinstall the app, then activate the new pair. Existing playlists can be copied across.
“No active plan” on the manage page
Trial or plan expired. Your playlists remain stored; renew from the activation page to edit them again.
The app shows no channels
NebulaPlayer ships empty. Add a playlist on this site, then close and reopen the app so it can sync.
